Candace Selman is a resident of Woodworth, Louisiana and a native to Central Louisiana. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northwestern State University. She has worked in the housing industry since 2002 in finance and new construction before getting her real estate license in 2015. In 2019 she got her Broker’s license and in 2022 opened her own real estate company, Cypress Realty of Louisiana. She was Rookie of the Year for the Central Louisiana Board of Realtors in 2016 and has received high producers award in 2016 through 2021. Outside of real estate she is married to Douglas Selman and they have 3 daughters. They are members of Calvary Woodworth. She and her husband also have 2 AirBNB’s and enjoys spending time with her family and the simple things in life.
